Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health seeks a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our emergency team in Central Point, Oregon. You will triage emergencies, stabilize patients, and monitor ICU cases to support life-saving care.

You’ll work with DVMs and specialists in a fast-paced environment, delivering compassionate care across a 24/7 service with ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with Oregon license or eligibility.
  • Ability to assess emergencies quickly and initiate stabilization.
  • Comfort delivering ICU monitoring and supportive care.

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming emergencies and stabilize patients.
  • Provide ICU monitoring and supportive care including fluids and oxygen therapy.
  • Assist with transfusions and advanced procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with DVMs and specialists to guide care.

Certified Veterinary Technician – Emergency

Use your skills to assess incoming emergencies, initiate stabilization, and provide attentive ICU monitoring. You’ll grow every shift while helping save lives.

We offer advanced veterinary services including high flow oxygen therapy, chemotherapy, complex surgical procedures, and more. At SOVSC, we recognize the special bond between pets and their families. Schedule

We offer a consistent three-day work week (12-hour shifts), with generous pay differentials for weekend and overnight hours.

Compensation
  • $25-40 per hour - depending on experience
What You Can Expect
  • Fast-Paced Emergency Practice: Be the first point of care for critical patients. Triage incoming emergencies, assist with stabilization (oxygen therapy, IV access, fluid resuscitation), blood transfusions, and continuous monitoring in the ICU.
