Job summary
Alliance Animal Health seeks a dedicated veterinary technician to join Stonecliff Animal Clinic of New Hampshire. You will assist with restraint, triage, lab work, imaging, and nursing care for medical and surgical cases, while communicating treatment plans to clients.

Qualifications
- Certified veterinary technicians with 1+ year experience preferred but not required—we are always happy to teach and improve skills.
- VTNE eligible candidates may receive VTNE test fee reimbursement.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to arrive on time.
- Saturday availability required.
- Exceptional customer service and precise communication.
- Ability to interpret medical records and document client history accurately.
- Knowledge of preventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flow.
- Ability to restrain pets in a low-stress, safe manner.
- Proficiency in sample collection and laboratory processing.
- Proficient in positioning and capturing radiographs; dental radiographs a plus.
- Proficiency in anesthesia and surgical monitoring.
- Self-starting with eagerness to grow skills and knowledge.
- Able to receive constructive feedback to maintain hospital efficiency.
Responsibilities

Ourbrand-new facility offers top notch services including preventative care, wellness care, routine and complex surgery, ultrasound, dental and behavioral case management, and so much more!

Our hours of operation are:
- Monday - Wednesday: 7:30AM - 7:00PM
- Thursday - Saturday: 7:30AM - 5:00PM
- We are closed on Sundays

Animal restraint, triage of incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications, effective communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

- A certifiedveterinary technician, 1+ year experience preferred but not required-we are always happy to teach and improveskills!

- Proficient in sample collection to include blood samples, urine, fecal, and skin
- Ability to properly set-up and process laboratory samples and tests
- Proficient in positioning and capturing radiographs, positioning for dental radiographs are a plus
- Proficient in anesthesia and surgical monitoring
- A self-starter with the desire to continue to advance one’s knowledge and skillset
- Ability to receive in a professional manner constructive feedback to maintain hospital efficiency

$20 - $32/hr depending on level of experience
