We are looking for a CertifiedVeterinary Technician to join our team and help us provide excellent experiences for our clients and their pets. By joining our organization as a Registered Veterinary Technician, you will have access to a peer network of over 5,000 professionals, a continuing education allowance, and various learning and development programs to support you in achieving your career goals.

Position Skills:

• Professional client communication and education, obtaining medical histories and symptoms
• Perform basic eye tests: Schirmer tear tes (STT), Fluorescein Stain (F-test), and Tonometry
• Laboratory procedures: Running Idexx analyzers for chemistry and CBC's, COPLOW/IDEXX Submissions
• Nursing skills including: restraining patients, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring

Position Requirements:

• Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
• Associate's degree in Veterinary Technology
