The position requires a valid teaching certificate or proof of retirement from teaching, with prior tutoring experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid teaching certificate or proof of retirement from teaching.
• Prior tutorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides academic assistance to assigned students, group or one-on-one, as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Collaborates with the classroom teacher to assess students and develop tutoring methods.
• Maintains records on each tutored student and evaluates progress.
• Helps students develop study skills and a positive attitude towards academics.
• Attends periodic training sessions to enhance tutoring competency.
