Toyota of Olympia in Tumwater, WA is seeking an experienced Toyota Main Line Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to Toyota standards. You will contribute to a trusted customer experience and collaborate with a skilled service team.

We offer opportunities to stay current with Toyota training, ASE certifications, and a competitive pay plan including an earning potential up to $140,000 per year, depending on experience and productivity.

Competenze

• Two years of hands-on experience as a Toyota technician is required.
• Current Toyota technician certification is required.
• Current ASE certifications are required.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment, service information, and repair procedures.
• Dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
• A valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to Toyota specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Complete multipoint inspections, including video documentation for customers.
• Communicate clear diagnoses, repair recommendations, and time estimates to service advisors.
• Document work accurately on repair orders.
• Verify completed repairs through testing and road tests.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and care for vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Stay current with Toyota training, certifications, and evolving vehicle technology.
• Work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and shop leadership to deliver a consistent customer experience.
