Qualifications

• Minimum of two years hands-on Toyota technician experience.
• Current ASE certifications.
• Strong diagnostic skills and efficient work ethic.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and other vehicle systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to Toyota specifications and dealership quality standards.
• Complete thorough multipoint inspections, including video documentation for customer understanding.
• Communicate diagnoses, repair recommendations, and time estimates to service advisors.
• Document work accurately on repair orders.
• Verify completed repairs through testing and road tests.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace and care for vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Stay current with Toyota training, certifications, and evolving vehicle technology.
• Work collaboratively with advisors, technicians, and shop leadership to deliver a consistent customer experience.
