Job summary

BrightPath Early Learning & Child Care in Quincy, MA is seeking a Certified Toddler Teacher for a full‑time, on‑site role. The position offers daytime hours, no evenings or weekends, and a pay range of $21.00–$30.00 per hour with room for growth within a supportive childcare community.

You will work with teachers and families under NAEYC guidelines, mentor staff, design developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborate with families to plan optimal care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA credential, or MA teacher certification.
• At least 2+ years in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
• Partnering with families to plan the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
