BrightPath Kids in Braintree, MA is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to work with educators and families following NAEYC guidelines. This full-time role involves overseeing classrooms, mentoring teachers, and developing developmentally appropriate curricula.

You will partner with families to tailor plans for each child, communicate progress to parents, and contribute to a caring, high-quality learning environment. State-criteria compliance and a relevant credential are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE or related field, CDA, or MA teaching cert required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
