  • Counsels Title I students and coordinates resources for behavior support.
  • Develops and monitors behavioral and academic plans.
  • Directs paraprofessionals and volunteers to support learning.
  • Maintains confidential records and prepares progress reports.
  • Responds to emergencies and supports district initiatives.
  • Participates in meetings and prepares required documentation.
