Babilou Family US is hiring a Certified Teacher to lead safe, nurturing classrooms and implement high-quality curriculum across Little Sprouts schools. You will guide the teaching team, model Sustainable Education principles, and partner with families to support children’s curiosity and wellbeing.

In this role you’ll design daily lessons, ensure developmentally appropriate practices, and promote environmental stewardship while maintaining strong communication with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to sustainable education practices and environmental stewardship.
• Active teaching certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and classroom safety standards.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum design and daily lesson planning aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education.
• Guide teaching team and mentor support staff to ensure high-quality instructional delivery.
