The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is seeking certified teachers to support local youth in need of academic assistance, with a focus on reading tutoring for grades K-5 and oversight of online remediation programming (Age of Learning/IXL).
This part-time role runs Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-3:30pm, plus 1.5 hours weekly for planning, at $30.00 per hour. A Bachelor's degree and NC teaching certification are required; CPR and CDA are preferred. In-person work location.
Job Description:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is looking to hire certified teachers to support our local youth in-need of additional academic assistance. Job duties will include Reading tutoring for grades K-5, also oversight of use of online educational (Age of Learning/IXL) remediation programming.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 2:30pm-3:30pm, plus 1.5 additional hours per week for planning. Roughly 4.5 hours total per week.
Pay: $30.00 per hr. MUST BE A CERTIFIED NORTH CAROLINA TEACHER.
