Quality Truck Care Center, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Tank Inspector to inspect and test tankers (MC-306/307, DOT-406/407) and perform EPA leak tests and re-tests. The role requires a CT Inspector certification and at least 3 years in a qualified facility, with a High School diploma.

CDL is preferred but not required. Expect ongoing training, safety emphasis, and career advancement within a family-owned shop.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required.
• CT Inspector certification required or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of testing equipment, gauges and measuring devices used in tanker inspections.

Aufgaben

• Perform HM inspections including internal, external, leakage, and thickness examinations on MC-306, MC-307, DOT-406, and DOT-407 tankers.
• Perform Method 27 EPA Leak Tests on MC-306 and DOT-406 fuel tankers.
• Perform pressure re-tests on MC-306, MC-307, DOT-406, and DOT-407 tankers.
• Repair valves, vents, and pump equipment as needed.
• Maintain testing equipment and keep USDOT training current.
