Depot Connect International (DCI) is currently seeking DOT registered inspector mechanics with 3+ years of tank trailer repair experience to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing failures, performing mechanical, electrical and tank system repairs, and ensuring DOT compliance.

The position offers Monday–Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Diagnose failures and repair mechanical, electrical or other systems on tank trailers.
• Tank service, Betts valves and gaskets.
• Trailer suspension installation and repair.
• Experience with air brake systems and repairs.
• Use handheld diagnostic tools, tablets and basic tech skills.
• TIG welding on aluminum, stainless or carbon steel.
• Inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT HM183/hazmat standards.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and other systems on tank trailers as needed.
• Perform tank service, valve maintenance and gasket replacement.
• Install and repair trailer suspension components.
• Repair and inspect air brake systems and related components.
• Utilize handheld diagnostic tools, tablets and basic tech equipment.
• Carry out TIG welding as required on aluminum, stainless or carbon steel.
• Inspect tanks/trailers to ensure compliance with DOT HM183/hazmat standards.
