22nd & Lehigh McDonald's in Philadelphia is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee crew scheduling and daily operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming guest experience. You will coach crew and managers, uphold McDonald’s standards for food safety and cleanliness, drive safety and profitability, and foster ongoing training and development.

This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced team.
