Job summary

Girard McDonald's is seeking a restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, crew schedules, and guest experience at our Philadelphia location. You will motivate and develop a team to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining McDonald’s standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, food safety, cleanliness, safety compliance, inventory control, and profitability. You will mentor managers and crew, encourage training, and drive high performance in a fast-paced, customer‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and support focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate guest needs.
• Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Certified through McDonald’s Leadership Transitions Class.

• Never stop learning: Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant.
