Job summary

Texas Health Resources seeks a Certified Surgical Tech to join our Flower Mound team, delivering peri-operative care across patient populations in a collaborative, patient-centered surgical environment.

You will assist in intra-operative care, support the RN circulator, and uphold infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality while maintaining professional communication within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Surgical Technology program or LVN training.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or TS-C certification required/preferred.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential; able to work in a fast-paced surgical setting.

Responsibilities

• Intra-operatively assists and supports peri-operative care.
• Assists RN circulator in planning and executing patient care.
• Maintains infection prevention and safety standards; ensures proper handling of instruments.
