Job summary

Schneckmed in Seymour, IN is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for our Surgical Services team. This full-time, on-site role involves a 7:00am–5:00pm schedule with an on-call rotation. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year forgiveness period.

Minimum CST/NCCT certification and CPR are required; one year of acute-care OR experience is preferred. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality patient care in a community hospital setting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• EDUCATION: Minimum: Professional certification as offered by the national Association of Surgical Technologists or Professional certification as offered by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies.
• LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Minimum: Professional Certification (CST) as offered by the National Association of Surgical Technologists or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) as offered by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. CPR required.
• EXPERIENCE: Preferred: 1 year in an acute care facility with experience in general, laparoscopic, gynecological, orthopedic, and ENT cases.
