Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team on a PRN basis. This role supports our patients by maintaining sterile technique and assisting surgical teams to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

We value teamwork and dedication to patient care, and you will be part of a trusted network within HCA Healthcare. Qualified candidates will have a Vocational School Graduate credential and be certified as TS-C/ST/CST, with BLS obtained within 30 days of employment

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or ST credential (TS-C) required.
• BLS/CPR certification to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Vocational school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team in maintaining sterile field and equipment.
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Support patient care by coordinating intraoperative activities and communications.
