BayCare Health System in Indiana is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our perioperative team. You will assist with sterile setup, instrument handling, and patient care under RN supervision to ensure the highest standard of surgical safety.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent training with 5 years acute care experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA/NCCT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment, instruments, supplies, operating room, and patients to maintain sterile field.
• Assists with sterile setup and instrument handling during procedures.
• Coordinates preparation or disposal of specimens and supplies.
• Assists with inventory and ordering of sterile supplies.
• May assist in patient transport as needed.
