Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to assist operating surgeons with instrumentation and sterile technique in the Centennial Hills Hospital OR. This requires CST credentials and a current BLS, with a preference for candidates having one year of OR experience.

High school graduation or equivalent is expected, and completion of an accredited surgical technologist program is required. Ideal candidates will contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered surgical team.

Qualifications

• Completed surgical technologist program accredited by a national body.
• One year of operating room experience preferred.
• Current CST certification from NBSTSA and current BLS certification required for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting operating surgeons with instrumentation during procedures.
• Support intraoperative sterile technique and instrument handling.
