Qualifications

• National certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) required

• Shifts: 0645–1515, Mon-Fri; 32 hours per week
• On-call: approx 8 days per month; weekend rotation once per month
• Cases include orthopedic joints, trauma, and general surgery (GYN, GI, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide sterile technique and assist surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and environments.
• Coordinate patient flow and case setup in OR.
• Document on-call and shift coverage as required.
