Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Surgical Technologist (Certified) in Texas to join our operating room team. You will assist surgeons and nursing staff, helping maintain a safe, sterile environment before, during, and after procedures.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program, CST certification (state regulations apply, grandfathering may apply), and current BLS. Preferred 1–2 years in an OR setting. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current CST certification, as required by state regulations (grandfathering provisions may apply).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the direction of surgeons, RNs and other staff.
• Help maintain a safe, sterile environment before, during and after procedures.
• Collaborate with operating room team to support patient care.
