Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech to join the operating room team. You will assist the surgical team before, during, and after surgeries, prepare the OR, and act as scrub person as directed.

This full-time role offers day hours from 7 am to 7 pm with rotating weekends and holidays. Qualified candidates will graduate from an accredited CST program, hold CPR certification, and obtain AST certification if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent.
• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association.
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs multiple patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patients. Assists surgical team preparing for, during and after surgery. Prepares operating room for surgery. Acts as scrub person during surgery by performing a combination of tasks as directed by the surgical team.

Hourly Pay Range:

$27.14 - $40.71 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Certified Surgical Tech
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time - 36 hours/ week
• Hours: Days 7 am to 7 pm Rotating weekends and rotating holidays
