Job summary

Curry Health Network is seeking a Certified Scrub Tech to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Surgery setting. You will work under the direction of the Director of Surgical Services, ensuring sterile technique and assisting surgeons during procedures.

The role requires CST certification, BLS, and at least 1 year in surgical services, with attention to detail and strong teamwork. Equity in patient safety and device management is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CST program, with current CST certification.
• Current AHA BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Surgical Services setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide sterile and aseptic technique within the surgical setting.
• Assist in procurement and stock management for MMIS and supply levels.
• Scrub, gown, and glove setup for procedures; pass instruments to surgeon.
• Maintain sterile technique and accurate counts before, during, and after procedures.
