The role requires NBSTSA certification (or equivalent training), BLS, and at least one year of surgical tech experience (three years preferred).

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Minimum of one-year Surgical Tech experience
• Three years Surgical Tech experience preferred
• NBSTSA certification or equivalent training program completion
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• The Certified Surgical Technologist works directly with the physician and the circulating registered nurse in each surgical procedure.
• Adheres to facility policies and outlines in the job description.
