Job Summary and Qualifications

Assists the surgical team in preparing the operative suite for procedures and assists in the care of patients by performing surgical technologist duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Good communication skills

2. Graduate of an accredited surgical technology school or equivalent experience or training.

3. Certification for applicable role (scrub tech/first assist) required within 90 days

4. American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS

What qualifications you will need:

NBSTSA certification

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
