Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of the Surgical Technology program is required.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing the operating room and patient for surgery.
• Maintains aseptic technique and handles instruments during procedures.
• Supports pre-operative care and transports patients as needed.
• Positions patients according to the type of surgery and ensures sterile field.
• Assists team and follows hospital policies for patient safety.
