Job summary

Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, an affiliate of Mass General Brigham, seeks a Surgical Technologist for a 36-hour rotating schedule onsite at 1153 Centre Street. Eligible for a $10k sign-on bonus. The role supports OR operations with magnet designation and a broad operative case volume.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, surgical tech certification, and BLS; prior surgical tech experience is preferred. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
• Certification of Graduation must be from ARC/STSA Accredited Program or NBSTSA certification by NBSTSA.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities.
• Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses and students.
