Job summary

You will anticipate the surgeon's needs, maintain sterile technique, and participate in safety and quality standards within the operating room.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved surgical technology program or equivalent.
• Maintains standing CPR/BLS certification and relevant competencies.
• Performs sterile technique and equipment handling per policy.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary scrub during a variety of procedures.
• Handle instrumentation, supplies and equipment for the perioperative team.
• Assist surgeon and anticipate procedural needs.
• Maintain patient safety and sterile environment.
