Job summary

Witham Health Services in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to assist surgeons before, during, and after procedures. The role requires preparation of the surgical suite and maintaining sterile technique in a high-demand environment.

The position is full-time, on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and a sign-on bonus. Applicants must have completed an accredited surgical technologist program and maintain certification with ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; graduate of accredited school for Surgical Technologists.
• Surgical Technologist certification required within 90 days of employment.
• CPR certification at first available opportunity.
• Prior CST experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon before, during, and after the surgical intervention.
• Prepare the surgical suite before and after cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and organizational standards.
• May be cross-trained to Endoscopy or Interventional Pain procedures.
