Connections Healthcare Staffing is seeking Certified Surgical Techs for a 600+ bed healthcare facility in Greenville, SC. Roles include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with flexible hours. A $5,000 retention bonus is available with a 2-year commitment.

CSTs will provide technical assistance during surgical procedures using sterile techniques, caring for diverse patient populations. Certification is essential for candidates who graduated after January 1, 2008, with a path for non-certified technologists to gain certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Certification is required; certification needed for those graduated after 1/1/08.
• Surgical technologists that are not certified must obtain certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical assistance during surgical procedures using sterile technique.
• Assists in all service lines of the operating room.
• Provides direct and indirect nursing care for pediatric to geriatric patients.
