Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. (USPI) operates Physicians Surgery Center of Tidewater in Virginia Beach, seeking a Full-Time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support ambulatory procedures.

The CST will scrub cases, maintain aseptic technique, and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to ensure safety, quality care, and smooth operations. CST certification and BLS required; ASC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: ambulatory surgical center preferred.
• Certifications: CST current certification; BLS required.
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs surgical procedures and assists during operations.
• Establishes effective working relationships with patients and staff.
• Ensure facility safety, quality, and customer service goals.
• Support leadership to meet financial goals.
