Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) affiliate Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Full-Time Certified Surgical Technologist. No weekends, no holidays, no call, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The CST will scrub for procedures, support safety and quality goals, and collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to deliver excellent care. Qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent, CST certification with BLS, English proficiency, and ambulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• CST certification and BLS required.
• Strong English language skills, verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and supports OR team.
• Adheres to aseptic techniques and safety standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and staff to meet quality goals.
