Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) affiliate Physicians Surgery Center of Tidewater in Virginia Beach seeks a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist to join our busy ambulatory surgery center.

This CST will scrub procedures across specialties, work a 4-day week with no weekends, no on-call or holidays, and benefit from a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Prior ASC experience and CST certification are preferred, with strong English communication skills required.

Qualifications

• CST certification required or current CST certification.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Good command of English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Scrub surgical procedures and maintain aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other staff to meet safety and quality goals.
• Support facility objectives and customer service standards.
