Job summary

Alamo Franchise Services, LLC in Kailua, HI is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join the surgical team. The CST will prepare the operating room, manage instruments and equipment, and support the team through invasive and non‑invasive procedures.

Requirements include a CST credential, completion of an accredited CST program (CAAHEP/ARC‑STSA), and a minimum of 3 years CST experience with current CPR/BLS certification. TB clearance, N95 fit test, and vaccinations are also required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Current CST credential.
• Completion of an accredited CST program (CAAHEP/ARC-STSA).
• Minimum 3 years CST experience within last 24 months.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance within 1 year.
• N95 Fit Test.
• Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Manage instruments and equipment to ensure sterility and readiness.
• Support the surgical team during invasive and non-invasive procedures.
