Job summary

USPI Parkway Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a full-time, day-shift role. The position supports the surgical team by scrubbing, maintaining a sterile field, and preparing supplies for orthopedic and other procedures. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

NO on-call, NO nights, NO weekends, and NO holiday work hours. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more, with a team-oriented ASC environment dedicated to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Surgical Technologist training program.
• 2+ years experience as a Surgical Scrub Tech with experience in multiple specialties; must have orthopedic experience.
• Certification as required by the state of Nevada.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient.

Job Summary

The Certified Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

Monday-Friday daytime work schedule

NO call required

NO Nights, NO Weekends, NO Holiday work hours

Required Skills
