Vanguard Surgical Center in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). The CST scrubs for procedures, maintains sterile fields, and supports the surgical team in an ambulatory setting.
The role requires a high school diploma/GED, surgical technician program completion, and state/center certification as needed, with 1+ year of CST experience preferred. Starting pay is $45.00/hr, with benefits if employed full-time.

The Certified Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
Starting Pay: $45.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
