Now Hiring: Surgical Technologist – Operating Room (Cardiovascular Specialty), Glenview, IL — Full Time — Days — $24.86–$37.29/hr

A well-established hospital in Glenview, IL is hiring a Surgical Technologist to join its Operating Room team within the Cardiovascular Institute. This is a great opportunity for a Surgical Tech looking to grow their skills in a specialized cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgical environment.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm (on-call rotation required)

Pay: $24.86–$37.29 per hour, based on experience

What You7ll Do

• Perform scrub person duties during surgical procedures
• Prepare and dispense instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical cases
• Complete instrument, needle, sharps, and sponge counts; handle specimens
• Assist with dressings, casts, and patient positioning
• Support decontamination/reprocessing area as needed
• Maintain OR and surgical cart inventory

What Youull Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program, or minimum 3 years of Surgical Tech experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential highly preferred
