Job description

McLean Tysons Orthopedic Surgery Center, LLC is a brand new, state-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) that provides minimally invasive muscular-skeletal surgical procedures for patients living in Northern Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and beyond.

McLean Tysons Orthopedic Surgery Center (MTOSC) is seeking an experienced Full Time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our great team of professionals.

We are looking for a team player, someone who is detail oriented, and is committed to delivering excellent care to our patients.

At MTOSC you will not work weekends, holidays or have an on-call rotation!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active CST Certification which is in good standing.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Knowledge and skills to perform the position job duties.
• A strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, sterilization, and the ability to handle emergency situations.
• Able to communicate effectively and have an ability to work compatibly with all physicians and staff.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Possess strong organizational skills, and a clear understanding of the importance of efficiency and cost effectiveness in an ambulatory surgery center.
