Job summary

Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth (THSW) is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Specialist for a full-time day shift in the Surgery Department. The role supports a high-volume OR with robotics, spine, and complex cases, offering strong clinical experience and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualified candidates will have CST certification (NBSTSA/NCCT), BCLS, and prior OR experience including robotics or orthopedics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, prior practice in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program or related military training in surgical tech.
• Current CST certification or TS-C certification and BCLS certification required prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a fast-paced surgery department with high-volume cases.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist surgical team during procedures.
• Demonstrate professional communication and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
