Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) on a per diem basis for our multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. The role involves supporting sterile processing and assisting in the operating room under the supervision of surgeons and OR staff.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program, current CST certification and BLS, with a preference for approximately one year of OR experience.

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Certification and BLS required.
• Prefer one year of surgical experience in the OR.

Per Diem Operating Room Surgical Technician needed for Multi-Specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate of an accredited Surgical technologist program.
• Certification and BLS required.
• Prefer one year of surgical experience in the Operating Room

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Surgical Technologists, also called scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses.
