Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Per Diem Operating Room Surgical Technician to join our ambulatory surgical center team. The role supports surgeons and OR staff, ensuring sterile technique and smooth operative flow in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with current BLS certification; prior OR experience is preferred. This per diem position offers flexible hours to support patient care across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Certification and BLS required.
• Prefer one year of surgical experience in the Operating Room.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical operations under supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with instrument handling.
• Prepare and position patients as required for surgical procedures.
