Job summary

CornerStone Medical in Irving, TX seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a PRN, part-time role at an upscale outpatient surgery center. The position offers a consistent schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a $55/hour pay rate.

The CST will support perioperative teams in bariatric, spine, laparoscopic, hand and general surgeries, maintaining sterile technique and rigorous infection-control standards in a high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• Current CST certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• Recent Bariatric, Spine/Laparoscopic, Hand and General surgery experience.
• Current required immunizations.
• Successful background check required.
• Successful drug screening required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team during procedures while maintaining a sterile field.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other members of the surgical team.
• Perform surgical counts and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent procedures.
• Follow all infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile surgical environment.

CornerStone Medical is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join an upscale outpatient surgery center in Irving, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Surgical Tech looking for a consistent part-time schedule in a professional, high-quality surgical environment.

Pay Rate: $55/hour

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Location: Irving, TX

Setting: Outpatient Surgery Center

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience
