Surgery Partners is seeking a certified Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams in Parma Heights, Ohio. You will assist surgeons and nurses, maintaining a sterile environment throughout procedures and helping ensure patient safety and efficient care.

Required CST and BLS certifications; candidates with 0–2 years of related clinical experience may be considered. Company offers retirement plan matching and EAP benefits.

General Summary of Duties

Surgical Technologists, also known as Scrub Technologists, Surgical Technicians, or Operating Room Technicians, assist in surgical procedures under the direction and supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel.

As a vital member of the operating room team, the Surgical Technologist helps ensure a safe, efficient, and sterile environment before, during, and after surgical procedures. Operating room teams commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, registered nurses, and surgical technologists working collaboratively to provide exceptional patient care.

Education, Experience & Requirements

Required

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification, as required by state regulations.
  • Individuals who qualify under applicable state grandfathering provisions may be exempt from certification requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred

• Candidates with zero (0) to two (2) years of related clinical experience may be considered.
