Required credentials include a High School Diploma or GED, CST certification, and BLS; an AS or Surgical Technology program background is preferred, with 0+ to 2 years of related experience.

• Associate Degree of Applied Science, or Surgical Technology preferred.
• Less than one (1) year job related experience including clinical's taken in a surgical technology program.
• One (1) or more year job related experience preferred.
• Certification in Surgical Technology (CST).
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
