Job Summary and Qualifications

• Support patient care in the perioperative setting by assisting surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after procedures. Make meaningful differences in patients' lives in a fast-paced environment focused on clinical excellence.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Create and maintain the sterile field.
• Prepare the Operating Room: set up sterilized instruments, position patients, assist with gloves and gowns.
• Assist the surgical team: pass instruments, fluids, supplies, hold retractors, prepare equipment.
• Ensure proper counting of instruments, sponges, and tools.
• Assist with patient transport and transfer.
• Apply safety procedures and principles in all actions.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum 1-year Certified Surgical Technician experience.
• Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST) or equivalent qualifications.
