Job Summary and Qualifications

On-call duties as required.

Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) support patient care in the perioperative setting by assisting surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after surgical procedures. As an integral team member, Surgical Techs make meaningful differences in patients' lives. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on clinical excellence, consider joining us.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Create and maintain the sterile field.
• Prepare the Operating Room: set up sterilized instruments, position patient, assist with gloves and gowns.
• Assist the surgical team: pass instruments, fluids, supplies, hold retractors, prepare equipment.
• Implement proper counting techniques for all instruments, sponges, and tools.
• Assist with patient transport and transfer.
• Apply safety procedures and principles in all actions.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
• Minimum 1-year CST experience preferred.
• Certification as CST or equivalent required.
