Responsibilities

• Assist in OR room prep and case setup with required equipment.
• Gown and glove surgeon as needed; pass instruments during procedures.
• Maintain orderly mayo stand; account for sponges, sharps, instruments.
• Handle specimens properly and label medication containers per policy.
• Move patients, turnover OR, and prep for next case.
• Clean and reassemble instruments/equipment at end of day.
• Assist in end-of-day OR cleanup and prep for next day.
• Be on-site, punctual, and available for on-call as required.
