Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Certified Surgical Tech for the Main OR in Edmond, OK. This day shift, full-time position supports the surgical team and ensures sterile technique throughout procedures.

The role is suitable for individuals new to surgical services or transitioning from related clinical roles, with the potential for growth within a large not-for-profit health system in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• BLS issued by ARC or AHA within 60 days of hire.
• NCCT-TS-C or AST-CST certification. May consider non-certified tech with a surgical technology program or at least 1 year scrub experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field under supervision.
• Assists surgical team and supports needs during procedures.
• Prepares sterile tables with instruments and supplies.
• Performs instrument and sponge counts with the circulator.
• Passes instruments during surgery.
• Aids in cleaning and preparing instruments for sterilization.
• Supports terminal cleaning of rooms and preparation for the next procedure.
