Job summary

SCA Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team in Idaho. The CST will scrub during procedures, prepare and clean instruments, and help ready rooms for subsequent patients, ensuring sterile technique and efficient turnover.

High school diploma and CST program completion are required; BLS certification within 90 days is expected. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a pathway to growth within a network of ambulatory centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a recognized Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the room and prepare for subsequent patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
